user_guide.17.5.tar.gz (includes all input files for the examples and installation notes, etc.)
Downloads for Windows users:
w32_hm175.tar.gz (homolmapper release itself; should be run from cmd.exe not command.com)
user_guide.17.5.tar.gz (same as above; includes installation notes)
There is also a crude man page for homolmapper, available under the name homolomapper.1.gz.
If you’re not sure what that means or what to do with it, it is not important 🙂
